This policy applies to the MineCart website and secured operating application provided by Aulendur Labs, Inc. It does not replace a customer agreement or a policy that governs another Aulendur product.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity information
MineCart may process your name, email address, username, organization, authentication provider identifiers, and account status. Accounts are created or approved by an administrator. MineCart does not offer public self-registration.
Operational information
Approved users may upload freight files and initiate or review processing runs. MineCart records operational events such as uploads, downloads, run triggers, sign-ins, sign-outs, failures, and administrative changes. Records can include timestamps, user identity, source IP address, file metadata, run status, and model artifact version.
Technical information
The service receives standard request information needed to operate and secure the application, including IP address, browser details, requested path, response status, and session identifiers. The public website stores a theme preference in your browser when you choose light or dark mode.
3. How we use information
- Provide and maintain the MineCart application.
- Authenticate approved users and enforce access controls.
- Process customer-provided freight data and produce requested outputs.
- Investigate errors, protect the service, and maintain an audit trail.

4. How information is shared
Aulendur does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the organization that authorized your account, service providers needed to operate MineCart, professional advisers under confidentiality obligations, or authorities when required by law. Service providers may include infrastructure, identity, email, and storage vendors.
5. Retention
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, satisfy customer agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and customer requirements. Requests about a specific record should be sent to the contact below.
6. Security
MineCart uses access controls, encrypted transport, restricted accounts, audit logging, versioned artifacts, and backup procedures appropriate to its current operation. No system is completely secure. Please report a suspected issue to [email protected].
7. Your choices
Depending on your location and relationship with the customer organization, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, or legal reasons. You can change the visual theme at any time from the site header.
8. Children
MineCart is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when MineCart or our legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
