1. Acceptance
These terms govern your access to the MineCart website and operating application provided by Aulendur Labs, Inc. By using MineCart, you agree to these terms and any applicable agreement between Aulendur and the organization that authorized your access. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. The service
MineCart provides freight decision support, processing records, and downloadable outputs for approved users. Features can change as the product develops. Public pricing and API access are not currently available.
3. Accounts and access
Access to the operating application requires an approved account. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access outside the organization or people authorized to use it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
- Upload malicious code or content you are not authorized to provide.
- Disrupt the service or interfere with another user's access.
- Use automated access methods without written permission from Aulendur.
- Reverse engineer or misuse software, models, outputs, or confidential information.
- Use MineCart in violation of law, contract, or third-party rights.
5. Customer data
Your organization retains its rights in data it provides. You grant Aulendur the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and return that data as part of the service. You represent that you are authorized to provide any data you upload.
6. Intellectual property
MineCart software, models, design, documentation, and branding are owned by Aulendur or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the person who provided it.
7. Decision support
MineCart assists human decision-making. Recommendations and probabilities are estimates based on available data and model behavior. They do not guarantee a rate, bid acceptance, margin, market condition, capacity outcome, or business result. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making operational decisions.
8. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but MineCart may be unavailable for maintenance, security response, network failure, or other operational reasons. We may modify or discontinue features, subject to any signed customer agreement.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties beyond those stated in a signed agreement. Aulendur disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aulendur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of MineCart. Any limits in a signed customer agreement control for covered claims.
11. Suspension and termination
Aulendur or the authorizing organization may suspend or revoke access when an account is no longer approved, these terms are violated, or security requires immediate action.
12. Governing terms
Governing law and dispute procedures may be stated in the applicable customer agreement. When no signed agreement applies, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to Aulendur Labs, Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as MineCart changes. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
